Role Overview

1. Overall Operations Management Manage day-to-day operational activities of ArkaArya. Ensure smooth execution of customer orders, projects and service commitments. Coordinate activities between different business verticals. Establish and maintain operational SOPs. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly operational targets. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Prepare regular operational reports for management. 2. E-Waste & Recycling Operations — ArkaArya Green 3. Renewable Energy Operations — ArkaArya Renew 4. IT Consulting & Software Operations — ArkaArya Quantum 5. Workforce Solutions 6. Vendor & Partner Management 7. Logistics & Field Operations 8. Customer Coordination 9. Documentation & MIS Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field. Candidates with relevant operational experience may also be considered. Experience Recommended: 2–5 years of experience in: Operations management Logistics Recycling/waste management E-commerce operations Field operations Facility management Project coordination Supply chain Staffing/workforce operations Experience in e-waste/recycling operations would be an advantage. Customer-focused — understands that operational excellence directly affects customer satisfaction. Authority & Decision-Making The Operations In-Charge may be authorized to: Allocate field resources. Coordinate daily operational schedules. Assign operational tasks. Coordinate logistics. Communicate operational instructions to vendors and field teams. Approve routine operational activities within delegated authority. Escalate financial, compliance and strategic decisions to management. Major financial commitments, contracts, hiring decisions and policy changes will remain subject to management approval. Working Environment The position may require: Office work Customer visits Vendor visits Recycling facility visits Field inspections Collection/pickup coordination Project/site visits Occasional travel The candidate should therefore be comfortable with a hybrid office + field operations environment.
